  • How do I order replacement parts?

Contact your local distributor and provide your serial number.  If you are unable to contact your distributor then call 419-478-4851 and an AIMCO representative will assist you.

  • Where is the serial number located?

The serial number will be listed on the silver name plate typically located on the control handle  of your system.

  • How do I find the right piece of equipment for my lifting needs?

Our website has a great tool – AIMCO Concept Generator - to get you started.  Otherwise, give us a call and we will move forward with solution.

  • What are your standard lead times?

Standard lead times vary, depending on the complexity and size of the project, from 4 to 8 weeks after signed approval.

  • What is your sales area?

We ship globally, although our main sales/service presence is in the U.S.

  • Can you integrate my equipment with your products?

Yes, we often integrate with supplied lifting mechanisms such as air hoists & air balancers, as well as bridge crane systems.  We have the ability to integrate with all types of material handling equipment, as long as CAD drawings are supplied.

  • How can I feel confident that my lifting system will work as intended?

Prior to cutting any steel, an approval drawing will be submitted to clearly show the design and its intent.  Fabrication, finishing and assembly are done in house, followed by a final product review with the distributor and or end user; this gives the customer an opportunity to operate the equipment prior to shipping.  If an in-person product review (run off) is not feasible, a detailed approval video will be submitted.

  • Do you send out unsolicited email such as advertisements, newsletters, etc?

At this time, we do not send advertisements, newsletters or any other types of unsolicited email. We may offer email notification service(s) in the future, however, you would only receive emails from our company upon your request.

  • Is the information I submit to you via your website secure?

Security is a top priority for Aimco Manufacturing and our website is stored on an SSL Secured server.
