Air hoists are designed to provide specific maximum lifting capacity. When in a lift mode,
the hoist will have the capability to lift to its rated capacity.
Often times the tooling and payload have a combined weight less than that of the hoist.
In product handling there is often a concern about catching the tool and/or payload
on an obstruction. When this happens, the excess capacity of the air hoist
can create an unsafe situation.
AIMCO's exclusive, patent pending, Pneumatic Overload Circuit eliminates unsafe lifting conditions,
protects delicate payloads and end tooling.

How it Works!
Mounted between the tooling and the hoist hook, the AIM7000 uses a pilot air
signal to disable the up button of the hoist. If the tooling or payload snags
on an obstruction, the operator simply lowers the hoist away from the obstruction
before the hoist can cause any damage.
|
Adjustable & Versatile!
The AIM7000 is adjustable for below-the-hook loads (tooling+payload) from 20% - 100% of the air hoists rated capacity.
The AIM7000 can be adapted to numerous air tool and pneumatic lift mechanisms. Hoist based tooling, Industrial Manipulators, pneumatic lifts.

NO MORE
attempting to lift objects heavier than the tooling's rated capacity
AVOID
snagging the tool and/or payload on an obstacle such as a shelf or a machine component.
